The Medium-Term Management Plan on this page reflects information disclosed on March 23, 2023 (under
the former company name, Hitachi Zosen Corporation), and the period covered by the plan has
ended.
The Company had postponed the formulation and disclosure of a new Medium-Term Management Plan in light
of its consideration of a potential business integration with Nippon Steel Engineering Co., Ltd.
However, as announced on September 29, 2026, the Company has ended its consideration of the proposed
business integration.
The Company is currently reviewing its future management targets and plans to announce its next
Medium-Term Management Plan in the spring of 2027.
