Warning on Business-related Fraudulent E-mails

We have recently received reports that fraudulent e-mails impersonating officers and employees of our group have been sent to external parties. Please note that these suspicious e-mails are sent for fraudulent purposes and have absolutely no connection with our group.

Fraudulent E-mail Methods

The following method has been identified:

Fraudsters use fake domains resembling the domain used by our company (@kanadevia.com), such as @kanadevla.com、@kanadeuia.com, etc., to impersonate our group’s officers or employees.

They then send e-mails regarding payment for business transactions, attempting to induce recipients to transfer funds to fraudulent bank accounts.

There is a possibility that similar fraudulent e-mails may continue to be sent.

Required Actions if You Receive Such an E-mail

- Treat the message as fraudulent and do not reply or follow any instructions.

(Do not respond to payment requests, click on any links, or open attached files.)

- Contact your regular point of contact within our group, or reach out to us via the inquiry form below, to verify the authenticity of the e-mail.

- After our verification is completed, delete the e-mail from your inbox immediately.
