Warning on Business-related Impersonation E-mails

Apr 08, 2026

We have recently received reports that suspicious e-mails impersonating officers and employees of our group have been sent to our clients and business partners.

These e-mails were sent through unauthorized actions by third parties with the intention of causing virus infections, and they were not legitimately sent by our group.

■ Characteristics of the Impersonation E-mails
The sender’s e-mail address appears to use our domain (@kanadevia.com) and falsely represents the name of our employees.

The e-mail contains a link to Microsoft 365 SharePoint and requests the recipient to enter account information.

■ Required Actions if You Receive Such an E-mail

- Treat the message as fraudulent and do not reply or follow any instructions. (Do not respond to payment requests, click on any links, or open attached files.)

- Contact your usual contact person within our group, or reach out to us via the inquiry form below, to verify the authenticity of the e-mail.

- After our verification is completed, delete the e-mail from your inbox immediately.

We are currently investigating the cause of this matter and implementing measures to prevent a recurrence.

Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
