NAC International has purchased the business of designing, manufacturing, and selling spent fuel storage containers for nuclear power plants from NIAGARA ENERGY PRODUCTS in Canada.

NAC International Inc. (Georgia, USA, hereinafter referred to as "NAC”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hitachi Zosen Corporation that provides design, transportation and consulting services for spent fuel and radioactive waste transportation and storage of spent fuel from nuclear power plants and radioactive waste, has recently established a wholly owned subsidiary NEP Inc. (Ontario, Canada, hereinafter referred to as “NEP”) and NEP has acquired the business of design, manufacturing, and marketing dry storage containers for spent fuel and radioactive waste from NIAGARA ENERGY PRODUCTS (Ontario, "NIAGARA").
