In accordance with the basic policy of the medium-term management plan, we aim to strengthen the development of "DX human resources" who will lead the future of Kanadevia, create new value in existing products and services, and maximize customer value and improve profitability.
What is Kanadevia DX HR?
To promote DX, skills in both digital (D side) and business transformation (X side) are necessary. In our company, we define DX HR as "Business transformation HR" who bring about changes by integrating digital technology to products and services, and "Digital HR" who understand products and workflows, and solve digital issues. The DX HR from the business department and the digital department will team up to promote Kanadevia DX.

In the DX Leader program that started in 2022, 250 employees have participated. In the DX Assistance HR program that started in 2024, 100 employees have participated. At Kanadevia, we develop new DX HR every year through such training programs and study groups.
