Initiatives for Sustainable Management

The Sustainability Promotion Committee held numerous discussions on the ideal state of our Group, the businesses we should pursue, and the products we should develop toward the ideal society of 2050, resulting in three deliverables: “Sustainable Vision,” “Pillars of Success (Materialities),” and “Measures and Roadmap". These are reflected in the Mid-Term Management Plan (2023-2025) through items discussed and decides by theManagement Committee and the Board of Directors. Sustainable Vision and Pillars of Success are also the guiding principles for each staff member. What social issues are behind the events that exist in front of us? How should we act in light of them? We understand the background of Sustainable Vision setting and act autonomously.

The Sustainability Promotion Project
The three deliverables of the Sustainability Promotion Project, implemented from April 2022 to September 2023, are as follows.
- 1"Sustainable Vision", the vision of the Kanadevia Group in 2050.
- 2Identification of the "Pillars of Success (Materialities)" essential to the realization of the vision
- 3Measures and roadmap to achieve the Pillars of Success

Penetration of Sustainable Management
Training is provided to ensure that each and every member of our Group has a correct understanding of the Sustainability Basic Policy and related-Policies, and that they are put into practice.
Sustainability Training Sessions (January-July 2023) 2,587 persons (employees of the Company and its Group companies)
