We will work throughout our supply chain to respect human rights and strive to realize people's well-being who work for our Group.

In order for the Group to realize its management strategy and business strategy based on its Corporate Philosophy, it is necessary for the people who work there to have their basic needs recognized. Based on the idea that the growth of people and organizations interact to create a virtuous cycle that leads to the growth of the company and the enhancement of corporate value, the Group will formulate a human resource strategy and engage in human resource development and DE&I, while at the same time focusing on efforts to protect the health and safety of workers.
